Think a lot of fans thought targets like Selles, Edwards etc weren’t unreasonable targets.
Seems they may have all knocked us back, given the current links.
Sobering. We’re well and truly back in the trenches.
Improved budget etc only matter if you can attract the staff/players.

Personally I feel a style that shifts back to more of a passing style but focuses on the press a la Brentford in PL/ top Barnsley teams of L1 past would be the route to go.

MM would not promote Argyle in a style that would reconnect with the fans and build the momentum needed.
Argyle need to adopt a controlling style with powerful runners that break the lines with technical quality and a watertight defence.
MM would only bring the latter.

Lots of lessons to be learnt but need some good news to keep the fans motivated they know how to bounce back.
