1) Not just Hegseth. Also every member of the SEAL team (or whatever team it was who did this). Not just those who pulled the trigger, ANYONE on the mission participating in what was KNOWN as the war crime of purposely murdering enemy combatants!

Ordering no quarter, as Hegseth effectively did, isn't a newfangled modern war crime. It was understood as a crime as far back as the Revolutionary War. Washington threatened to do reprisals over it. The bad guy in 'The Patriot' is (very loosely) based off a British officer who was notorious for it.

If a local police department assists ICE in kidnapping people, are they eventually going to be held criminally liable too? Accountability must happen. We can't bend the knee to fascism and police who assist are as culpable a anyone else.
