all i really use spotify for is when im working in my office. normal music listening happens on the record player in the living room.
and generally i listen to tiki/exotica music or disney parks music (like the ambience music from the parks and ride themes etc).

having a bit of a day, woke up with a literal pain in my neck and tried to do my workout, but had to stop halfway through. i’ve taken painkillers, rested, stretched, massaged, hot shower, heating pad… and it’s still sore as fuck. so now i’m turning to rye & coke to fix me.

then we left and ran up to the Commodore and saw Arctic Monkeys. absolutely epic night of music.

today it logged my anxiety attack as abnormal heart activity.
my body battery is at 3/100
any exercise i do is being tracked as “strained”
my HRV has tanked
if i die, i guess this was my warning.

i mean, i got to see some amazing performances on a giant movie theatre screen, so that’s a win.
