A wise friend of mine says, "The laws of nature are non-negotiable." Knee capping the military's preparedness to address the threat of climate change is reckless, dangerous, and wholly irresponsible.
If DoD doesn't adapt to climate-related threats, it will pay in billions of dollars, warfighting readiness, and the lives of American service members.
You may not be interested in climate change, but it is interested in you
Ignoring a threat doesn’t make it go away.
