It's so hard to not be enraged all the time about how this administration wants to take rights away from so many people.
Politicians are hoping to not just ban trans kids from playing sports with their friends but also open the door to all sorts of discrimination against transgender and other LGBTQ people.

We'll be at the Supreme Court tomorrow to stop them.
How the US supreme court case on trans athletes could unravel LGBTQ+ rights
If bans on trans youth athletes are upheld, more girls could face ‘invasive sex testing’ and trans people could broadly lose civil rights protections

The Department of Justice has sued 24 states and the District of Columbia for access to sensitive voter data on more than 100,000,000 Americans.

My law firm has intervened on behalf of voters to fight DOJ in 23 of the 25 cases. Tomorrow we will do the same in the remaining two. Stay tuned.

Wow, it turns out the guy who wrote the unhinged anti-Muslim immigration screed is the type of guy who would write an unhinged anti-Muslim immigration screed. We’re shocked /s.

FYI: the Claremont Institute is just a bunch of Jan 6ers in a trench-coat.
This is how Christopher Caldwell begins his essay on Zohran Mamdani for the Claremont Review of Books.

Why are these people such freaks?

Loser Mike Johnson hopes we forgot about extending ACA tax credits while he was on Christmas vacation.

Let’s make it very clear how wrong he is:
Tell Congress: Demand Speaker Johnson hold a vote IMMEDIATELY on the ACA tax credit extension

What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers more than $15 an hour.”

What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”

Funny how that works.

If you're going to drop into every post and reply "So what? Who's going to do something about it?", the answer is YOU. YOU are going to do something about it. YOU are the consequences. Stop waiting for someone else to save you.

This is yet another chilling example of how far the Trump administration will go in service of his billionaire enablers.

Hate speech and harm to kids online have exploded, and now the administration is targeting those working to combat it.

Their greed knows no bounds.

And this is a perfect example of who Republicans are:
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
COLLINS: What do you say to people who say Republicans have had 15 years to change the ACA and they haven't done it?

RICK SCOTT: Why didn't Democrats fix it?

He's absolutely correct.
Warnock: "Any nation that tolerates this kind of violence year after year, decade after decade in random places, on our college and school campuses, without doing all that we can to stop it is broken and in need of moral repair."

One of the biggest moments of my career:
USCIS canceled my client’s naturalization oath ceremony. We filed a lawsuit, went to trial, and the judge swore him in right there in the courtroom!

How do they get away with this? Surely our Constitution has some fail safes? (Mostly a rhetorical question.) 249 years and they're shredding it every day....
