I'm Namaera and I am a fantasy painter. I love painting fantasy women and creatures, from elves to witches to vulture dragons.

I'm planning to start attending conventions and to also open my shop in February!

I make fantasy & sci-fi illustration, all digital. Lots of it involves dragons, and most of it is creature concept art. 🐉
Creature Concept: Northern Dragon A white dragon sits up on a snowy tundra plain. Black rocks litter the ground, and grey clouds cover the skies, which are grey with blizzard clouds. Beneath the dragon's front claw is a human skull. The dragon has folded pterodactyl-like wings with hairy claws for fingers. Its back legs are also fluffy, and look much like the talons of a snowy owl. 3 horns grow from the dragon's head; 2 short ones from the back, and 1 longer, forked one from the center. The tail ends in a triangular barb made from the same material as the horns, and sensory bristles stick out from the length of the tail like whiskers. Super sped up process video of my magical soup cauldron piece. I tend to thumbnail ideas on a separate canvas, then pick a general idea I like. Then it goes through a process of big changes until I find something I vibe with. The rest is history... 💕
