Fun thread about racing games that I just love the graphics of. One I just never get bored of seeing in action.
Game 1) World Driver Championship.
Love the draw distance, trackside detail and general colours here. Cars look great too. Super smooth performance also.

I really want to use the BBC iPlayer but I'm not paying for a TV licence. It's time the BBC modernised and offered tiers for content. I'd gladly pay for the iPlayer at a lower rate, even with adverts. But £14 a month, nope.

It’s funny how the Clair Obscur devs were caught red handed using GenAI, but you never hear people talk about it because people actually like that game so people bent over backwards to believe the ‘it’s a placeholder, honest’ excuse.

So my original N64 recognises all inputs from my Retro-Bit or Retro Fighters controllers, but the Analogue 3D connected using the same dongles...doesn't?
But the controller from their partner - sold separately - works fine?
That's fucking suspicious, if I'm honest.

Fantastic result for Machida Zelvia to win the Emperor's Cup today. Only their second season in J1 and have been very consistent over two seasons.

Cars, are ultimately not important. No one was hurt and it was not destroyed.
But it has absolutely floored me this happening. My car is so much more than a car for me. It's there through the good and the bad as is often the only thing to make me feel better when times are hard.

Genuinely sad. She was an icon and always responsive with chat on the socials.
Saddened to hear that Rebecca Heineman has passed away. She was a true legend and all my interactions with her were insightful, fun and inspiring. A true one of a kind. RIP Burger Becky.
