There’s no way it’s going to be only $400. Valve would likely be selling it at a significant financial loss and there’s no reason for them to do that. Consoles often sell at a loss to get people to buy into their ecosystem, but Steam is already the biggest storefront on PC.

“Do not let these election results give you hope for the future”
Mike Johnson: "What happened last night is blue states and blue cities voted blue. We all saw that coming. And no one should read too much into last night's election results."

The conclusion I reached after reading this article is that Republican men are exactly who you think they are. There’s not some hidden complexity we’re missing. They’re just stupid assholes.

Rodrigo Duterte was charged by the ICC and arrested this year for extrajudicial killings of suspected drug dealers. Even if the people on the boats were drug dealers, killing them like this falls into “crimes against humanity” territory according to international law.

I really can’t wrap my head around all the people willing to die on this hill. He’s not the nominee. The election is a year away. There are other options. Why are people trying so hard to defend a guy with a Nazi tattoo?
So, Republicans can forgive the most lying corrupt overtly racist & sexist & greedy person ever. But Dems/progressives are willing to totally eliminate someone with a Nazi tattoo from Croatia at age 23 on someone who has NOT acted or preached neo-Nazi ideas that anyone can find. Dems are so screwed!

“You’re actually a whiny baby if you don’t want to pay more for things.”
AAA video games should cost $100 on launch. this would still be extremely cheap for the amount of time and enjoyment you get out of them! But an audience of whiny babies has kept them literally at the same price for *two decades* despite both general inflation *and* sector-specific costs rising

I can’t speak for anyone but myself, but I actively avoid any AI-generated content and there’s no way in hell I’m paying for or wasting two hours of my life watching an AI-generated movie.
Jason Blum says Hollywood should 'embrace AI' and viewers 'don't care if what they’re looking at is AI"

"it’s here to stay. It’s very important to use it ethically and legally, and for studios and guilds to protect the copyright of the artists"

Pretty blatant admission that when they say “antifa” they do indeed mean anti-fascism in general
Incredible.

Jack Posobiec references the earliest version of antifa -- the anti-fascists in the Weimar Republic who were opposed to the Nazi Party -- as the bad guys.

I’m not even a Sonic fan and even I think it’s funny that they just made Amy green instead of using an actually green character from the series.

I think a lot of people are misreading the percentages. It’s the % of people who agree minus the % of people who disagree. Meaning more men in each generation agree than disagree with the statement. It’s actually encouraging that more men think it’s a problem than don’t.
Some interesting findings about gender in polling released this week. More at link: www.pbump.net/o/the-americ...

The correct way to get promoted, of course, is for the president to watch you on Fox News
Hegseth: "For too long we've promoted too many uniformed leaders for the wrong reasons -- based on their race, gender quotas, historic so-called 'firsts'...we've weeded out so-called 'toxic leaders' under guise of double blind psychology assessments. We became the 'woke department.' But not anymore"

The Trump administration is going to start killing people and Democrats are just going to respond like “how about instead of killing Americans you try helping Americans”
The Trump administration’s threat to deploy troops in Portland is unlawful.

Here’s a thought.

Focus on protecting the healthcare of the American people.

Charlie Kirk’s killer turning out not to be a trans person and the Right blaming his death on trans people anyway is both extremely depressing and totally unsurprising.

Soooo . . . Groyper?
You're going to see a lot of "he's a violent antifascist leftist" and "he's a groyper" but the core of Tyler Robinson's motivation is almost certainly that he's an online-poisoned idiot gamer.
