One of my current works in progress. The sails are proving difficult and I can only do a couple stitches at a time as my arms will currently allow. I’ve recently started trying again after a long break 🤞 💛🧶

Another Joshua Tree piece that I made. I weave the background and embroider over it while it’s still on the loom.

lowkey believe far more people would be speaking out about trump publicly if we had single payer health care and everyone wasn't scared to death of being fired

Interaction recorded in Mata de Santa Catarina, Coimbra, PT: a fungus gnat (cf. Sciaridae) visiting Euphorbia characias (Mediterranean spurge).

Observations like this contribute to documenting underexplored Diptera–Euphorbia interactions.

Apologies for the brief focus instability in the video.

Sorry to get radical but I don’t think it’s my job or yours to embrace, accept, understand - and certainly not to use - the thing being sold to us as AI. I don’t like any part of it, so I won’t. I’m missing out? Good, that’s what I want. You’re worried about me missing out? That’s fuckin weird, man.

This Firewheel was my final flower of last year. It hung on until the middle of December! A strong little dude that weathered two freezes!

I grew up in Joshua Tree and those trees are my favorite to embroider.

I’ve dropped every other platform. Reddit to be the latest (that was a hard one) I’m hoping to find people who love native plant gardening, fiber arts, reading, and learning as much as I do. 🤞 this place remains one that doesn’t give DHS your info for saying Fuck Ice

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been able to make anything because of me/cfs, but this is the last piece I finished. I make the weave and then hand embroider over it.
