Maybe they will stop complaining about the no call on Angelina from last year’s final

No offense to Rose’s response, but it doesn’t match Marta’s 🥹😂 #NWSL #NWSLChampionship

I hope Haley’s departure is amicable and by mutual agreement because she wants a new challenge. I would be disappointed if another club poached her without Orlando trying to retain her with a counter offer 🤷🏻‍♀️

Still processing the semifinal loss and now this 😫 Guess the club believes in the ripping off the bandaid method of coping 😵‍💫

Carter leaves with quite the legacy and a job very well done with two trophies, a season for the ages, and the Pride established in the NWSL elites.

It’s either Lavelle aiming for the top left corner or Shaw aiming for the bottom right, a Goalkeeper’s nightmare.

They go into the KC game, winless in three, including a 2-0 loss in Louisville. They failed to score in the next two, lost to the Stars, lost to América in Concacaf with their first choice XI, but finished the season with 11 out of 15 points against mostly playoff sides.

Reflecting on the job Seb Hines did down the stretch.

There was a period after Banda’s injury that the Pride were toast, but they became a tough team again — hard to breakdown while finding some success building with Ovalle.

Pride went from sliding down the table to hosting a semifinal.

fair play to Orlando supporters, that's so timely and funny as hell

you can see it in view near Lemos's head on this corner and when they cut to the wide angle after the kick is taken

Marta even speaking postgame about a team that's already established its identity, when she was talking about the star above their crest. Even within the crazy success last year, that's new. The local fanbase *is* responding, I very much hope it's given a chance to thrive.

One thing that struck me about yesterday's semifinal — Jaedyn Shaw mentioned that Gotham felt the crowd rooting against them (used the word "haters" multiple times lol). Orlando gets a bad rep for attendance and I get it, but the growth over the last two years is there and I hope it continues.

sorry to keep going on about this but you don't need famous people or teal man or unwell fc to sell this league, these players and these games are enough. i promise.

Instagram post from former player Nicole Baxter following the appearance of her former teammate on a conservative news network this morning.

It reflects what others probably feel: have the conversation internally, not in a way that explicitly opens up players to abuse - that’s inexcusable.

Started in this league as a player. Now I stand in it as a leader. With that comes the responsibility to champion what makes this league and game special.

P, you’re exactly what makes our space special. Wherever your path takes you, whatever kit you wear, know this: we’ve got your back. 💪
