Japanese dogs, beer, food, rowing. Trying to figure how to retire. TeamHokkaiROW2🐕🐕 on Hydrow
It’s also insanely handy when your MIL is Japanese and needs insurance docs and the like translated because she can’t follow the English. It’s been a lifesaver!

Not that anyone cares what I think. 😂 I mean, clearly. If this was about presenting something for fans to enjoy rather than just making money for ESPN we wouldn't be in this situation.

The same should be true for stealing coaches from lower tier teams who are under contract. Yes, some of the contracts have buyouts for a poaching team, but it needs to be more difficult.

And no, there shouldn't be a payment from a lower tier school if they reach a deal with a player coming from a Power 4 team. The system is set up to be unequal and the Power 4 teams already have all of the advantages.

Division II, FCS, and FBS Group of 6 schools should receive SOMETHING (likely a check into their NIL fund) when a school from the SEC/BIG 10/B1G Ten/Big12/ACC signs a deal with a player they developed in the portal. The lower tier school did a lot of work and should be compensated.

College football has a ton of problems to be sure, but a major one is how the biggest, richest schools treat everyone else as a farm team. The smaller schools who develop talent the big schools want should receive some kind of compensation for a transfer up a level.

Clocked myself in the head with the metal hose nozzle when I thought I could flip it up to catch it. Also, playing with my dog and trying to keep up with her changes of direction I tore a muscle in my foot. Thankfully on different days.

Hmm, it's not as bad as I expected. I'm sure work will make up for that. I do have 600 emails to sift through...

I could feel my anxiety/stress level increase as this Sunday wore on about having to go back to work tomorrow after two weeks away. Guaranteed to be crazy and I’ll be playing catchup. Sigh.

Manly? Really, autocorrect? You changed many to manly?

Self-designated. 😂💜💜💜

Fuchi stands in the middle of the busy kitchen, waiting for the sporadic head sketches and quick hugs, as manly as she can get. She’ll reward your efforts with little snorty/purr sounds.

OMG 😭

Huntington's is an inherited disease that's like Alzheimers + Parkinson's all in one. NOW: "once the gene therapy has been delivered into the brain... [it] injects a piece of DNA to reprogram the neuron to become a factory for its own cure."

LIFE SAVING!

If your position is that regime change should be forced on countries where the president does not respect democratic norms and regularly kidnaps opponents using an officially sanctioned paramiliatary, have I got news for you about your position on the United States

Making sour cherry hand pies for a family gathering. If we sold these I’d guess we’d have to charge $12 each to break even with all the labor. Will they be $12 appreciated? Probably not, but they will be delicious.

Had some leftover pie filling so put it on my oatmeal this morning. May never go back.

Our rain didn’t show up until around 3am. 😂 It was crazy. Nonstop explosions until 12:30am. It’s never this bad on New Years, but this year was like the 4th of July. We tried to go to bed at 10:30 and that was a waste.

Nonstop explosions at 8pm make no sense. I hate this stupid “holiday.”

Almost 200 episodes of Chicago Fire and I just realized we don’t have a fire extinguisher. 😱

I also fully understand this is/has happened in all breeds, but I don’t think very many people have such a clear contrast living together. It’s a somewhat unique perspective, especially in such a rare breed. This likely holds true even if Japanese owners are included.
