Just saw a recent Academy Award nominee watching an Off-Broadway play with a worse seat than me. I was Orchestra Left and they were Center but they were behind a hella tall person and had to keep moving their head to see. Anyways I did feel bad. As a shortie, I felt their pain.

Finally saw Del Toro's FRANKENSTEIN and it was good. Kinda slow until Jacob Elordi appears. But then he just never lets you go. Elordi really is a revelation here and I'm saying this in a movie where we get Oscar Isaac's naked bum.

Saw the delightful West End transfer TWO STRANGERS (CARRY A CAKE ACROSS NEW YORK). The title is a mouthful and slightly misleading but man on man it was a damn good time. Probably show this year to give me more laughs per second. And the charming Sam Tutty is a damn megawatt star. Roger!

Four Grammy nominations for KPOP DEMON HUNTERS including 3 specifically for the song "Golden" which nabbed a Song of the Year nod. Feel like unless one of those new WICKED songs is undeniable, we have our Oscar winner, no? Speaking of, last year's WICKED got 3 noms. Oh, SINNERS got 5 as well.
