Survey locations for this study, they are all Great Lakes coastal sites and occur throughout the basin. Distribution of 10 of 11 environmental predictors used to quantify annual occurrence and trends of eight marsh-breeding frog species, or groups of species, in coastal wetlands throughout the Great Lakes from 2011 to 2023. Boxplots show medians (horizontal lines within boxes), 25th and 75th quantiles (upper and lower limits of the boxes), upper and lower extreme values (whiskers), and outliers as values outside of 1.5× the interquartile range (points). see article for all the details. The order of the bars are Erie, Huron, Michigan, Ontario, Superiro. The prdictors are top left to right - specific conductance, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, soluable reactive P. Raoads within 2.5 km. The lower graphs left to right are percent cover on the y access and each graph is wetland with in 250m, wetland less than 2.5 km, forest less than 2.5 km, urgan watershed and agriculture watershed. See the document for a summary of results and discussion Trends (2011–2023) in annual occurrence (percent change per year) were mostly stable (credible intervals overlapped zero) for eight marsh-breeding frog species, or groups of species, in coastal wetlands throughout the Great Lakes. N. Leopard Frog, northern leopard frog. Lakes are represented by colour red - Michigan, blue - Erie, purple - Huron, organge - Ontario, yellow - Superior. Right y axist segmented into 8 groups, top to bottom American Toad, Green frog, Northern Leopard Frog, Gray treefrog, american toad, spring peeper, wood frog, , chorus frog. Left y - axis for each frog segment, top to bottom, Michigan, Erie, Superior, Ontario, Huron. it looks like Bullfrog and Green frog are stable or increasing, Chorus frog is decreasing, while woodfrog and Spring Peeper may not be doing well but read the details for their authors expert summaries.

A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

Look at this night, it seems hand-painted. In front of everything is Superga, illuminated as if someone had turned on only the hottest bulbs: the dome and the golden columns; the lights outline arches and balconies as if the church were breathing softly. Thirty kilometers away, Monviso appears like a giant of gray-blue rock like the sky. And right towards the summit, there's a thin, ivory-colored crescent moon. It's so bright you can see the entire circle: the dark part is illuminated by that terrestrial reflection called "da Vinci light." The photo is a long, 30-second expanse: the silence is palpable. Imagine the cold stone, the Alpine wind, the scent of distant snow.

The King's College Chapel, at the University of Cambridge, is considered one of the finest examples of late Perpendicular Gothic English architecture and features the world's largest fan vault. The Chapel was built in phases by a succession of kings of England from 1446 to 1515 CE.
