This war is completely illegitimate: 60% of Americans disapprove of going to war with Venezuela—74% disapprove war without Congressional approval. Only 19% are in favor.

The people oppose it. Our representatives didn’t approve it. Trump should be removed for this unconstitutional war.

Stop calling it war. These are terrorist attacks being committed by the US government. Every foreign nation should be lining up sanctions.

Inflation is destroying America

Millions are losing health insurance

The Epstein files exposed how the inequities in our legal system favor the rich

And Jack Smith’s deposition shows the extent of Trump’s crimes

Seems like a great time to distract us by starting an illegal war against Venezuela
Rep. Seth Moulton: "This is insane. What the hell are we doing? ... this is illegal."

I can’t believe saying, “I think we should revolutionize and save ourselves. The US government is killing its citizens and underdeveloped countries for profit. Plus war is bad”

has pissed people off and fighting each other instead of the real culprit of the problem.

we are so cooked.

So, this should finally put to rest any delusions that there are decent people left in the US military who will stand up to illegal orders and protect democracy. The US military is now more likely to kill US citizens rather than help them. They are not our friends.

Our military personnel should reject this nonsense. There is no way they should be following orders of a criminal who is dragging them into a war for no reason. I’m pretty sure this is not congress approved attacks therefore making it illegal.

They don’t listen to what Trump says because if they ever did, they would have to admit to what they are, and always were. Better to just pretend they can’t hear, forever.

It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.

The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.

Errrrrrrr.... could we get some more detail on that?
We know it'll take some time to get things back into order, but we *do* have an elected president, Eduardo González so the sooner he's sworn in, the better.

The Chief Justice's Report on the State of the Judiciary doesn’t mention any of the challenges the judiciary faces, mostly from the WH, since Trump returned to office. Here’s my assessment in this important moment when we need to be able to rely on the courts:

The Chief Justice's Report on the State of the Judiciary
As is the custom, on the last day of the year, Chief Justice John Roberts issued a report on the state of the federal judiciary.

"There is no historical analog for what..Trump did..[H]e was free to say he thought he won..He was even free to say falsely that he won..But..he was not free to..violate federal law and use knowingly false statements..to target lawful government function"

FOLKS NEED TO REALIZE HOW HUGE THIS IS

For the first time in modern Texas history, Dems have candidates running in every state and federal race on the 2026 ballot.

That includes all congressional seats, every state House and state Senate race, plus statewide judicial and State Board of Education.

Why not attempted murder charges?

📌 NBC News: An Israeli reservist soldier has had his military service terminated after he ran a vehicle into a Palestinian man praying on the side of a road in the West Bank, the Israeli military said, an act they called a “severe violation of his authority.”

Pam Bondi did it again

Another batch of the Epstein files was released-in which Trump was featured prominently-but the Department of Justice promptly took them down a few hours later

Sure looks like Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie have enough evidence to hold her in contempt
