One of the crummy sides of being autistic for me is not being treated as a person or receiving the same appreciation other people do for doing the same things. It feels like no matter how much good you do, you won't be appreciated as much as someone with better social skills.

I started journaling today despite breaking the habit months ago and just ranting about the state of the world helped. We're all living in a fucked up world but let's try to spite them by doing something for ourselves that they'd absolutely despise.

For any Audhd'ers struggling with all or nothing thinking, try to do one of the things you feel you can't do without the promise of commitment to it. It can be the most minor thing, like emptying a bin, just whatever is easiest. You've not failed by being unable to stick to a habit.

Yeah, I recommend not using the patreon apple app to join. Just go on the website, it's 1. cheaper for YOU to support your favorite creatures and 2. All the money you give goes to the creator.
