Imho the Democratic Party start using "Bring back INS" in their messaging. "Abolish ICE", while 1000% correct, is nearly non-starter with spineless Republicans. But re-establishing INS under the Justice Department and completely removing immigration from DHS would make ICE easy to abolish. #fuckice
