As a matter of black letter law, housing has enforceable standards of habitability.

Assuming that the warehouses-converted-into-ICE-detention-jails will meet those same standards of habitability is contradicted by the available evidence provided by the conduct of the regime's secret police.
Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

This is one of my favorite things on the Internet, and if you don’t know about it I recommend taking a minute to read about it!
There is a library no government on earth can burn. It was built inside a video game.

Gee.

If only there were another similar virus to SARS-CoV-2 that we had decades of in depth research & experience with to see long term risks of this vascular virus we were told is fine to freely inhale for the sake of the economy and eugenic convenience over the last 6 years.

I definitely feel differently cognitively than I did before I had Covid last year. It also triggered a loooong bout of anxiety.

“Courts have ruled 4,400 times that ICE jailed people illegally. It hasn’t stopped”. - www.reuters.com/legal/govern...

Fascists regimes won’t stop on their own, they must be stopped.
Courts have ruled 4,400 times that ICE jailed people illegally. It hasn’t stopped.
The decisions amount to a huge legal rebuke, one the administration has ignored.

Tibetan Terriers were bred to be alert dogs in the monasteries and as such, they also serve as a very active and accurate dog bell. Pooch alerts as soon as anyone walks into the front porch and doesn't stop until I follow him to the door and open it. Just doing his job!

No government approved it. No filter caught it. No censor stopped it.
Because truth, it turns out, finds a way.

It's that right now, somewhere in the world, a teenager in a country where the news is controlled is opening Minecraft, walking into a virtual building made of blocks, and for the first time in their life, reading the truth.

Every copy makes censorship a little harder.
Players can read every book in the library. They can share them. But they cannot alter a single word. The truth, once placed there, stays there.

The library can also be downloaded as an offline map.

That's the genius of this project. Governments that block news websites, surveil social media, and censor search engines haven't blocked Minecraft. It's a game. It slips beneath their surveillance technology.
