I'm landing on Bluesky after moving from Twitter/X and investing a few years on Mastodon.

I like Mastodon, but I also find it to be "less lively" in the #gamedev context, when compared to Twitter/X.

I miss many of the user and their contents and, apparently, they mostly moved here. :)
Too bad. It's such an awesome anime.

I've released an asset pack containing essentials, it's 10kb with default UV texture and < 1kb without so please game engine makers: include this by default.

Usually, I have a debug flag that enables the first ~10 minutes to run normally... then, everything is sped up increasingly to simulate days/weeks of continous play in a matter of minutes. :)

( while keeping the update delta-time fixed, of course )

Not really explicitly. Some minor language changes, like the '<const>' modifier in v5.4.x, have been welcome. With v5.5.x I'm more interested in the performance gain for the garbage collector and the more compact arrays.

I just like my game engine to be up-to-date with Lua. :)

Too bad. Studio One has been my favourite DAW software for years since its inception as KRISTAL. I lost my interest in it with version 6.

Trying out chooser() for #picotron 0.2.2: a simpler way to select one or more files / carts / folders without messing around with create_process() and on_event() to interact with filenav.

Con la V1 ti basta materiale di piรน semplice reperimento, e anche meno aceto (ne basta un paio di cucchiai). Almeno, per come ho sempre applicato io il metodo.

Non credo di capire la necessitร  di... rabboccare? In una notte mica devi rabboccare niente.

Mi sfugge qualcosa?

Fin da piccolo l'ho sempre visto fare (e fatto poi in seguito) in modo del tutto simile. Lo puoi fare, molto piรน semplicemente, usando una piccola porzione di un sacchetto di plastica e un elastico.

These are some of Gustave Dorรฉ's finest works! I was explaining about Dante's "Divina Commedia" to my daughter just yesterday, and that mid-picture is the single most interesting "contrappasso" example of the whole Inferno. :)
