Splatoon is already going to get views regardless of how they present it.
They focused on Mario because of the anniversary and movie to maximize visibility, and they are now focusing on Tomodachi Life because it's a more niche series.

Actually fucking unbelievable how tone deaf they are. Now watch as after all this buildup, it’s gonna be such a boring ass mid update.
I’m pretty annoyed that Nintendo just revealed Splatoon 3 V11.0 with basically no information, then left us hanging in the dark for two weeks. Now everyone’s expectations are up, we still have absolutely no idea what’s in this update, and it’s less than a week away. Thanks Nintendo!

The more I use the Joy-Con 2s, the less reason I see in buying a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller.
Don't get me wrong. I LOVE the feeling of the Switch 2 Pro Controller. I tried it before at some demo kiosks and it's super comfortable and smooth.

Looking back, Metroid Prime 4 was a very fitting conclusion to his career.

Looking back, Metroid Prime 4 was a very fitting conclusion to his career.

An absolute classic, and a revolutionary Metroid title that solidified the gameplay mechanics of the rest of the Metroid series.

It took me roughly 17 days to complete, which feels ridiculously short for three whole games, one of which is played twice.
I didn't think I would beat these three back to back within less than a full month.

Seems like #GameStop stores all across the US are closing down with mass layoffs.
I am not surprised, especially when GameStop had already sold off their Canadian branch (welcome back, EB Games) not too long ago.

I think this further reinforces my belief that the app was intentionally review bombed.

I recently had to block an IGN journalist. Not because they were toxic or anything, but because they held a position at IGN that influences a lot of what gets published, and frankly a lot of stuff that comes out of IGN is not very good.

One of the gifts I've received for Christmas (a month early) was Super Mario 3D All-Stars.
I initially did not buy this game because I have all three original versions of these games.
However, I had the sudden urge to sit through each of these games and 100% them all.
In just 2 days, I did SM64.

Yesterday, I fully completed #Metroid Prime 4, getting 100% twice over on Normal and Hard difficulties.
This is a rather short game that relys on repeated playthroughs of the game, like many other Metroid titles.

The more I think about it, the more I begin to realize that Prime 4 is just Skyward Sword with a Metroid coat of paint.
If Bandai Namco Singapore was trying to make a 3D Zelda game... maybe Nintendo should have just repurposed this into a Zelda game and let Retro truly start from the ground up.

So it sounds like Retro didn’t get to build Prime 4 from the ground up and had to rework a good amount of the scrapped build
That explains a lot of the game’s clunky elements and gives me hope for Prime 5 cause now they’ll be able to start from ground zero with their own vision
