Neither Ukraine or Russia are members, but Russians have still been charged because Ukraine submitted to ICC's jurisdiction.

The leader of the military junta in Burma / Myanmar has been charged because his crimes came to involve Bangladesh, a member state of the ICC.

Unlike the account above claims, not being a member of ICC doesn't protects Israel and the United States because Palestine is member.

Gallant and Netanyahu have been charged, arrest warrants for Ben Gvir and Smotrich are said to be essentially ready but USA has succeeded freezing them from now.

There are also web pages where can check if an image is AI.

Haven't tried them, but one could expect them to give false positives now and then.

Some search engines (at least Google, as bad it is) have the command "before:"

But it doesn't go farther than 2009.

But if you look at older images, using "before:2022" for example will include only images before 2022, and will get rid of more recent images, including AI slop.
