A Man on the Inside season 1 was fantastic. A great mystery and a heartfelt dissection on loneliness and how community can be found in many ways and different places. Season 2 only improves on this. While the mystery may have been easier to solve, I think it does a brilliant job showcasing (1/2)

Localization done correctly involves changing the dialogue. This isn't out of disrespect; it's so the original creator's intent comes through to the intended audience.

They don’t “just” translate - they rewrite jokes and idioms to recreate the same emotional (or funny) in a different culture and language style, and give invaluable advice on character, regional dialects, and cultural norms
