My original thought was it’s a horror that Trump is in office for America’s 250th anniversary. Now I’m pleased that we will be reminded by our founders every day in 2026 that they fought to free themselves from a tyrannical despot and we must, too.

I honestly don’t know what’s more concerning. That the president of the United States keeps falling asleep in public or that everyone around him is too scared to wake him up.

I spent two hours this morning ringing a bell for Salvation Army. It’s a great organization - donate when you see a red kettle. Makes a real different for those in need.

Is it too early to ask how may people Donald Trump has turned into criminals by directing them to break the law?
“Junior officers, fearing potential legal exposure, asked military lawyers for written sign-off before taking part in strikes...

“It does not appear that such memos were furnished.

“Some personnel are worried they might need attorneys” under a new administration

The Trump administration sidestepped skeptical lawyers across national security agencies as it pursued a military campaign against alleged narcotraffickers, officials say.

I think Zelensky/Ukraine should refuse Trump’s bullying and his peace plan that gives away territory, restricts their military, and restricts them From NATO. Although supposedly it would bring an end to bombing and attacks,
How can they trust Russia? Europe is a better ally than we are.

If Congress will not pass a resolution condemning Trump’s unhinged calls for the imprisonment and execution of elected officials, they’re essentially giving him permission to keep pushing for political violence.

Walmart, McDonalds and Amazon are the largest employers of people who require SNAP assistance.

The CEOs earned between 18-40 million last year, 1000x their median employee income.

They took billions in profits, while their workers relied on SNAP to survive.

Wanna fix fraud and abuse?

Fix that.

ICE is the biggest, most violent and most dangerous gang in America now.
This video from Portland is a metaphor for what is going on in America. ICE trying so hard to get Americans to cross a line and if they don't, dragging them across the line and violently attacking.

It's expected to save families over $12,000 per child annually.

I’ve spent a good chunk of my career relying on American science and engineering to keep me alive. Yesterday, RFK Jr. testified at the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. It was sad to see him try to destroy the life’s work of so many American scientists. He shouldn’t be in this job.

Companies running the program will be paid a share of the savings from rejecting claims.
