That being said, we got a decent amount of kids this year at our new place -- enough to deplete a good pot full of candy. Heh. Our new place. It's a cute little house. I'll have to go into detail on that at some point. Sorry I've been so absent lately. Life has been just... *insane*.

Happy Halloween, everyone. Let me tell you about how crazy the trick-or-treating used to be in my neighborhood back in California. When I was a kid, Halloween was a blast -- it meant watching the Twilight Zone marathon on tv while handing out candy. A LOT of candy. (1/2) 🎃

Finally finished Chapters 3 & 4 of Deltarune. Beautifully done continuation of the story & full of hints to what's behind the cryptic messages. I particularly liked Chapter 4 for its environments, music, boss battles, and character development. Also, Ralsei is the fluffiest boy & needs more hugs. ❤️

Just learned that Jane Goodall passed away on the first of this month. Sounds like she was on a speaking tour at the time. Gotta respect people who follow their passion and keep working right up until their death. She left quite a legacy. 91 years old ain't nothin' to sneeze at either.

One of my favorite things is when seniors ask for help with something on their smart phones and it turns out to be the simplest thing ever but they look at you in complete awe when you solve the problem. It's so funny and kinda cute. 😆
