Another pre-war blues favorite of mine: Blind Willie McTell. Nothing made me want a 12 string more than hearing him play “Broke Down Engine.” I love his playful voice and virtuoso guitar skills :)

I struggle to stay active on social media.
Every time I try to create content, it feels like my soul shrinks and evaporates.
It’s such a big part of my job and yet, I really wish I could do without it.

Oh, by the way!
Did you know I have a shop where I sell my designs?

friends who are agents said the same

sometimes I catch myself
procrastinating

because I just...

don't want to send them.

The Gallup poll finding that 4 in 10 (!) young women would like to move out of the U.S. is striking. But it's also probably a symptom of a deeper problem: a lack of confidence in the American system and its ability to self-correct. www.pbump.net/o/the-subtex...
The subtext to the surge in young women saying they hope to leave the U.S.
Polling, like anything else that involves human beings, is not strictly analytical. There is an emotional aspect to the results, a natural side effect of asking people how they feel about candidates o...

America’s civic ethical norms are obsessed with worship of and obsequiousness to power, and particular with the images and ideas projected by those in power. But this is functionally incompatible with having a society grounded in a coherent reality and able to exercise effective sense-making.

“Trump’s naked greed for wealth and power, his cruelty, his obscenity, his stupidity, his childishness, his arrogance—all these have galvanized the opposition as never before in recent U.S. history. That’s what “No Kings” was about.”

Here’s an interesting question. Ask any Republican, “financially, who do you think you’re closer to, the poorest person in the country, or someone in the top 1%?” I have a feeling there is a disconnect there, and it partially explains their irrational voting behavior.
