This is it. I am very confident that I worked with and commissioned more trans people at VICE than the vast majority of British editors. If they aren't passed the mic, how are they going to be able to accurately represent their lives and counter falsehoods?
The absence of trans people from the British media is part of the problem. I'd like to offer mentoring to trans people trying to get into journalism, free of charge. Most of my experience is obviously in political commentary, but I might be passably useful in news and other areas.

I wrote this last year about single-sex spaces and the mythology around ~protecting women~ when more than 90% of sexual assault is perpetrated by someone already known to the victim.

I still stand by every word of it.

Where's the deep state when you need it
Back to watching CNBC. "This is not a misprint: Dow futures with an implied drop of -4.5%." Each anchor has the vibe of a guy waking up from a years-long bender on the side of the highway with no phone and an empty bank account. Continues to be better TV than almost any show.

I think a lot of these posters are now pushing this kind of retrograde hate bait because they're making money from it on X. In reality they would chop off their left foot to touch the inside of Sydney Sweeney's elbow
I don’t know exactly what this moron is objecting to, or if he knows what he’s looking at, because there’s literally nothing deceptive about these photos and Sydney is wearing less on the left!
