Indiana prosecutors have charged a 62-year-old man with voluntary manslaughter after the fatal shooting of María Florinda Ríos Pérez De Velásquez, who mistakenly went to the wrong home for a cleaning job. Maria was a wife and mother of four who did not deserve her death.
