Removing a monument honoring Black US soldiers has nothing to do with DEI. It’s erasure of history and it’s straight-up racism.

Good afternoon from Chicago's Federal Plaza. A rally is underway now in support of the "Broadview Six," who face arraignment in about 45 minutes on federal conspiracy and impeding charges, stemming from their participation in a Sept. 26 protest in front of the Broadview, IL ICE facility.

At least 615 people detained by ICE in Chicago are expected to be released on Friday. Along with Adelita Grijalva’s swearing-in, the couple of emails from the Epstein files released by the Dem House Committee, this news report gives me a little bit of hope.

BIG NEWS: Congresswoman-elect Adelita Grijalva will finally be sworn in as a member of Congress tomorrow.

She is likely to be the 218th vote on the Epstein discharge petition, which would force a full vote to release the Epstein files in their entirety.
