Hey guys,
The Rockland County, NY suit brought by SMART elections has a pretty good judge. The defendants asked the judge to dismiss the case and the judge said no. He actually moved the next court date from September 22nd to August 29th. So, there seems to be something there.

All the more important to get the Rockland County NY case adjudicated and settled. And I don’t know who needs to hear this but EO’s are not laws. They don’t apply to anything but the executive branch of federal government. It’s time people remember that and push back.
