Breaking down the Marvel order and, for a moment, thought I'd accidentally over-ordered one of the variant covers for the new FANTASTIC FOUR, but, phew, turns out the Black Cat actually *is* in this issue.

Was trying to type in "Silver Surfer," accidentally typed in "Solver Surfer," Norrin Radd's cosmically-powered surfing detective cousin, on at 8 PM every Thursday on ABC.

If you see this, post an album cover with a motor vehicle on it.

Watching STAR TREK THE MOTION PICTURE again reminded me of seeing someone complain about Scotty and Kirk's flyaround of the Enterprise in drydock being "too long," and man, You Do Not Get It.

Posted a face mask I made for Chicago Con 1986, here’s the flyer I had a stack of to hand out at the Marvel table signing. No one gave me any trouble, though it was gutsy for me to do it. But we all wanted Kirby to get his withheld artwork back!

Comparing and contrasting some of the comics I read that are coming out next week...and it's amazing how some of them are just *overflowing* with imagination, and one certain unnamed title is generated almost entirely without it.

Aaaah, watching anti-trans candidates get totally trashed in their elections, that's the stuff.

Apparently I'd only posted these pics on Xwitter, since I can't find them on my site...the original art for Jane Foster's first appearance as Thor from that long-ago issue of WHAT IF? by Don Glut and Rick Hoberg, that a customer of mine bought directly from the artist way back when.

The Star Trek reboot series getting the boot -- it's about time, we don't really need it anymore. It served a purpose of jumpstarting the franchise, and on a surface level they were fun and amusing, but ultimately too backwards-looking. (The third film was an improvement.)
