IMO "Representatives" should live off of the economic floor they establish for their constituents. Especially considering automation displacing human labor from the workforce en masse over the next few decades.
Representatives shouldn't enjoy any health care benefits until every American has basic health care.

I feel like in his first term he was less openly evil, bigoted, and self interested from the onset. His expression of these traits has just become more pronounced as he has shirked any culpability for the espousing of these behaviors, and in turn the vilest people are more emboldened.
