IMO "Representatives" should live off of the economic floor they establish for their constituents. Especially considering automation displacing human labor from the workforce en masse over the next few decades.
Representatives shouldn't enjoy any health care benefits until every American has basic health care.

Single payer healthcare would result in higher taxes, but those tax increases would be much less than what the majority of us are seeing in our premiums, meaning our take home pay would increase.
