I love Minneapolis.
I was born there and lived there for 20+ years. I still live close and I’m in the city all the time. Incredible people. Beautiful parks. Amazing art venues. Some of the best restaurants in the country. And the folks here look out for each other. Nobody can ever change that. 💜

Near Lyndale and 24th Ave in Minneapolis tonight, feds have reportedly shot another person.
Preliminary info is shaky for now, hearing two people injured.
BORTAC just rolled up in an armored vehicle. A crowd is gathering outside the police tape—MPD presence as well.

So apparently one of my beautiful children deleted my Animal Crossing island at some point. I just don’t think I have it in me to start over from scratch. 😭
