Gotta have a good drink when watching Everton Kevin my excuse anyway
I was in the Blue Line corporate bit against Sunderland. Started on the Guinness 3 hours before kick off. To say I overdid it would be an understatement. I got home at 8.30am the next morning. It took me three days to get over it.

Yes the lad who done it can be a bit mad at times
You just dont do that to the big fella. I have got a cracker photo of Kevin Campbell with 2 of my kids around 2003 at the car park. He actually took his time to come over and sign both shirts and suggested a photo That is why he was such a top man

You will go a long way in this world to find anyone who has a bad word to say about him. Legend.

You know what rumours are like
He hurt his foot in the Villa match. I thought at the time that it looked possibly serious. Not saying the story isn't true, but he definitely took a knock in the match
January 21, 2026 at 9:20 AM
Mate just sent me this could be bs
January 21, 2026 at 9:09 AM
Yes it dosnt make good reading Let’s hope it’s not that bad 🤞
Let's wait and see Mick but always seem key player, significant injury and may or may not be in this case but seems often not in game itself. As I say let's see but the wording is a bit of an early warning I think

RIP Tommy Wright
January 20, 2026 at 6:44 PM
RIP Tommy a great full back
RIP Tommy Wright (1944–2026)

Wright joined #EFC in 1961, made his debut in 1964, and remained at the club until injury cut his career short in 1974. He played 374 games, won the FA Cup in 1966 and was ever-present in the Blues' title-winning 1969/70 First Division campaign.
January 20, 2026 at 6:33 PM
Yes was saying that this morning So it’s just wait & see what happens fixture wise
That could change if chelsea win the 2nd leg of semi v arsenal.. Or could change anyway for tv

He’s retired himself now Will mention your name Not sure if he’s going the Winslow night on Saturday He’s a few operations recently but he’s recovering well
Glad to hear he's still working hard after all this time. I've retired 4 years now , he might not recall me but my name's Mike George .
