The City of Philadelphia has introduced legislation to limited ICE in the city. The Federal Agents can not be masked, must have ID visible, must have arrested warrants signed by federal judges. They can't attack people. If they can't do this, they will be arrested.

There is no need for ice. Just put in the border bill they voted for 2 years ago. Then welcome immigrants to the great melting pot and enjoy some spicy food together. Maybe go after companies trying to exploit immigrant labor... Including the prison industrial complex.
