This guy is in Kelowna.
She was friendly to him in passing a few times and now every time she sees him he does this to her. The police don't seem to care. This is incredibly frightening the way he feels entitled to her.

This is long, but has lots of good information for any passengers affected by the Air Canada strike. Don't let Air Canada get away with making you cover the cost of their business decisions. We are not involved in their labour negotiations, so we shouldn't be the ones footing the bill for it.
