Now available in bookstores and libraries everywhere! The October Film Haunt is my debut novel and a love letter to horror films and all of us who carry them in our hearts. And, if I may say so, pretty damned scary.

The only happy part of unholidaying the house is putting up the new kitchen calendar. Last year was Klimt, which felt like escaping into ambient nature. This year calls for something more forceful.

The major highlights of the year for me were THE OCTOBER FILM HAUNT by @michaelwehunt.bsky.social, THE BUFFALO HUNTER HUNTER by @sgj.bsky.social, and finally getting around to reading Rachel Carson's SILENT SPRING. Also really dug Harlan Ellison's THE OTHER GLASS TEAT and Emily Henry's BEACH READ.
