Supreme court reform and yes packing it needs to be addressed. In Brazil Bolsonaro was ruled agaisnt all the time while our courts ruled in favor of Trump. A normal supreme court would have banned trump from running due to insurrection in 2021.

The wording of being solely responsible is great to use, a good choice by Frey, for too long there has been no expectations of any standards on Trump or republicans in general.
Frey: I'm done being told that our local elected officials are solely responsible for turning down the temperature. Yesterday we saw 15,000 people peacefully protesting in the streets, speaking out, standing up for their neighbors. Not a single broken window, not a single injury.

There needs to be more of a movement to shutdown the government to force more epstien files to be released. @rokhanna.bsky.social should pressure senators and remind them that the files have not been released as promised.

I would respect the 2028 frontrunner who tries to make USAID cuts a bigger issue. In terms of raw deaths it is the worst thing Trump has done and I think it deserves more attention.

I don't completely track how russia can be threat so imminent and great that the u.s. needs to forcibly take greenland from an ally, but also not worth sending weapons to ukraine to fight

I really think if the stock market has a bad week due to the European reaction to Greenland Trump would cave pretty quickly.

Since it is cool to say nice things about @whstancil.bsky.social now, I will say this. He was right on Elon buying twitter being horrible for this country and many made fun of him for it at the time saying he was hysterical. He was right on that and people should tell him that.

If your a European, Canadian or anyone, outside the US who hates Trump and MAGA one thing you can do is help the movement to boycott Paramount. No smart investor will like a company that pisses off the world and the owners of paramount or the biggest Trump cronies.

Here is a description of a lot of moden poltics, For the right the first step is to win elections and then figure things out once they have power. For a lot of the left, voting is the last step only gracing the perfect candidate with a vote after activism creates them.
January 15, 2026 at 9:25 PM
There are two famous cynical arguments that contradict each other which are "voting is useless" and "why do old people get so much more of what they want from the gov."

If Europe wants to stop Trump talking about Greenland, they need to give the USA an economic consequence, like dumping american bonds or ending trade deals. Trump stopped hyping up a China battle when China threatened rare earth metals.

I have been seeing people compare Dark favorable to stranger things after the finale, and it is good show but I don't think the tone ever tried to be the same. It has always been a more dark somber show and never tried to have many comedic or light moments like stranger things.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Haunting of Hill House/Bly Manor, Dark, Andor, The Good Place, and I thought King of the hill ended well, but they continued it.
Given that apparently the Stranger Things finale was meh (idk, didn't watch it, just the scuttlebutt) and we're not that far removed from the disastrous GOT finale that retroactively made everyone have never cared about the show:

What's the *best* ending to a show you've ever seen? Quote/reply etc

Someone needs to say it, the media is biased agasint liberals the exact opposite of what conservatives think. Musk turning twitter into site that abuses women would make the biggest hysterical liberal sterotype correct and the press can't stand it.

This is something Dems should legit shut down the government over. If he wants to destroy NATO, he can do it with zero dollars and zero cents in government funding.

In 2013, Hilary Clinton was the most popular poltician in the USA. She left her most recent office the SOS considered a sucess. It was years of media attack not any policy she did while she had power that made her less popular. That is fact democrats to this day never dealt with.
