Don't believe the hype. You can lose visceral (belly) fat by reducing calories and regular exercise. Stick with the science.
TY @drlaurencs1 for setting the record straight on what will NOT help you lose excess weight. If your goal is to optimize body composition you need to consider your chews, your moves, your snooze and focus on muscle preservation not just pound elimination.
