In order to keep sane I can’t read through everything. It is ok to take breaks, check on your loved one’s and just breathe. I stopped watching the news. There are plenty of reliable independent news sources. I follow @underthedesknews.bsky.social and @aaronparnas.bsky.social

Sally Ride is one of my hero’s. I was in awe of her the first time I saw her.
On June 18, 1983 Sally Ride became the 1st American woman in space on the Challenger, a week long mission. She launched 2 satellites & completed other experiments. She had 1 more shuttle mission & worked on the ‘86 Challenger investigation. She was gay, a fact unknown by most until after her death 🏳️🌈
