Labour are attacking Greens. Fine. I have yet to see any party that has entirely affordable aspirations.

But at least the Greens HAVE aspirations.

Labour have seemingly decided the status quo cannot be touched, even when it doesn't work for 90% of people, or the viability of life on the planet.

It's a mark of our moral disintegration that there's even a discussion about Ukraine giving up land. To even countenance it is to reward colonialism.

Look how visibly excited Robert Jenrick is by his brilliance as a statesman; how high on his own supply.

It is astonishing that this bitter, angry, talentless bingo-caller is considered a serious prospect in a major party. If he or Badenoch are the best they can do, what does it say about the rest?

Our government tried to let racist, genocidal Israeli football hooligans rampage on Birmingham's streets.

They smeared those opposed to this as being driven by hatred of Jewish people.

Now listen to what the West Midlands Chief Constable told MPs.

What a scandal.

Oh dear Chris. And BBC.

Think we’ll all go with the OBR official, rather than you and your unprofessional biased nonsense.

Feel free to issue an apology and have a bit of a think. Maybe about the years of barely scrutinised *Tory* policies that got us into this mess.

All of us: Why, in our judgement, Chris Mason is misleading on most political points, all the time.

Because he’s incapable of political commentary that isn’t marinated in his own rightwing bias. Allegations for Labour. Free passes for Tories/Reform. Every Single Time.

A reminder that London is far safer than many major cities, that crime is falling and that racists hate both these truths because they undermine their vicious little divisive narrative.

Multiculturalism works. London works. And those who hate both things hate themselves most of all.
There were 93 homicides in London last year: population 9 million

In New York - population 8.5 million - there were
391.

London's homicide figure is 6 times lower than LA, 9 times lower than Miami, 17 times lower than Chicago.

And it's falling year on year despite the population increasing

Feel like I'm going mad. The Budget's 'headroom' is based on frankly irresponsible and wildly optimistic claims about what Labour will do in the final year of the forecast, and on ignoring a bunch of upward pressures on spending, and the claim is that she was being exaggeratedly *pessimistic*?
Suggestion Rachel Reeves exaggerated fiscal pressures is absurd
Chancellor was instead far too optimistic about public finances and government’s ability to secure cuts
