On Thursday, Judge Sarah Ellis ordered that the guy in charge of ICE Chicago, Russell Hott, show up for a hearing on Monday bc ICE is violating so many parts of an order she issued last week.

On Friday, DHS decided Hott was no longer overseeing Chicago.

Our federal tax dollars are being used to fund a network of government social media accounts that pump out disinformation 24/7. Even during a government shutdown. It’s definitely not essential work.

I am devastated to share that my sweet little dog Nala died in my arms yesterday. She was almost 18 years old. She was my family and my best friend, and I feel very grateful that we got to spend so much time together.
