If you know anyone in your family or social sphere who has accepted a job with ICE, I hope you will let them know you no longer want anything do with them. Divorce them. Separate from them. Never invite them to any social functions. Let them know you won't be quiet about what they're doing.

Someone in my social sphere tried to justify to me the ICE murder yesterday.
I stopped them and said "No. Just no. And don't bother contacting me any further. You've shown me who you really are."
At some point we each have to decide what our red line is. This is mine.

Boycotts are often imperfect. I crunched my last quarter's spending numbers and my Amazon purchases are down 95% from the year prior. Even if you can't move your spending 100% to companies with values and ethics you respect, you can at least often reduce spending which impacts their bottom line.

The drivers in front of me couldn't figure out how to safely navigate around a double parked car. My @waymo.bsky.social did. I have probably done at least 50 Waymo rides and have never had a problem.

Start to normalize checking if a business or corporation has supported Trump or ICE. If they have, take your business elsewhere.
