all of the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence about executive power - all of it - can be replaced with a simple flow chart. is the president a Republican? if so it’s ok. if not, it’s presumptively not ok.

A videogame mechanic I enjoy that very few games do is having a couple NPCs that just periodically are like “hell yeah man you’re so good at this shit” and I’m thinking both about Dragons Dogma and also the ps2 maybe 3 game based on the Beowulf movie where Vikings follow you around going whoa! Nice!
