So my sleep schedule is pretty ridiculous, it shifts every now and then based on whatever my body demands for rest. Soo that made 11pm the ideal time to take my first dose of vyvanse lmao
I wouldn't say I feel energized but heart rate wise I feel like I had some coffee lol

First apt for insurance letter complete! My psych is on it ✨
And he wanted to see if we can get me vyvanse now for various reasons, or if insurance will want the adhd assessment first. Fingers crossed they approve it.
And, anecdotally, it could help with cfs & pain. Yes plz. :)
