Honored to play a small part in making this episode!

Thanks to @michaelhobbes.bsky.social for reaching out to me. My job was mostly starting to write down "he should also talk about this study" and then said study getting mentioned before I finished writing

It's the 3rd of January 1939, your name is professor James Smith and you are staring at a drawing of a fish. It's not a regular fish. It is a completely impossible fish.

If you like Huberman please do yourself a favor and go listen/watch Sad Boyz instead

In ~half of cases this fact brings me great relief. The other half have led to some of my greatest engineering frustrations

Someone explaining a speed run I'd never heard of until this video: If you don't want to get into the technical details go ahead and skip to this timestamp

Me: Thank you so much for considering all types of viewers, and you can pry these details from my cold, dead hands

How I feel about a lot of technical ~content~ I've almost written. Want stuff to exist as a potential resource, have no interest in endless, on-the-margins debate anymore
Every time I try to write this, I think of all the tech bros who are going to get in my notifications tab about how synthetic controls should be this or that, or all the MMM bros who will point out this or that.

Sometimes, I just wanna say "Hey, this kinda works, YMMV"

Please could big social media accounts stop confusing their own popularity with the expertise to create clinical theories about mental health and brain health, jfc the irresponsibility
