Truly the best thing about this story is that an obvious, almost boring, statement of fact - a statement that was censored - is now a global headline for not being aired.
NEWS --> BBC confirms to me that they did edit a line out of historian @rutgerbregman.com's speech. It called Trump "the most openly corrupt president in US history."
BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

Uk politics is depressing. If raising income tax will improve the country in a meaningful way, do it now while there’s still time. If people can remortgage for less in 4 years, they may see it as a viable alternative to Reform gutting the NHS in 2029.
