I am excited to share this pre-print! We modeled exposure to the heavy metal lead in human iPSC organoids and discovered that Pb shifts lineage trajectories—promoting neurogenesis at the expense of astrogenesis. See the 🧵below. Thank you to my incredible mentor and co-authors @sloanlab.bsky.social!

I dunno about you guys but this is one of those very rare times when neighbors and mothers-in-law suddenly and unsolicitedly ask about our business, ie “is that IDC thing going to ruin science”. It matters that you convey the right message and the accurate message. Not your unverified grievances.
