This concept art for Silent Hill : the short message is one of the leaked materials. The official has never released it, if I remember correctly. The Sakura Head in this was the initial version.
Beyond a dirty & darkened corridor where an innumerable amount sticky notes are encroaching on the walls and ceiling, a silhouette like a girl stands illuminated from behind by the ceiling lights. Its head and upper body are covered in cherry blossoms, and she wears a jacket over them.
