I spoke with other immigration professionals today about the fascist attack on migrant rights in the US, escalating this week with Mahmoud Khalil’s arrest.

And as I wrote from Argentina, I realized how many Americans may not imagine what a fascist government will do to disappear its own citizens.

Apple TV+ is free this weekend. My utterly biased suggestion: Little America. Every ep is a short film based on true stories of immigrants to America. Some are funny, some are moving, some are thrilling. We wanted to make a show about immigrants that was, before all else, entertaining.
