While I do believe rolling blackouts to be necessary to maintain grid stability, I also believe that them being necessary in the first place should be met with massive fines to grid operators and energy suppliers.

Problems of genAI in the military: genAI takes inputs from everyone rather than a few trusted few, garbage in, garbage out.
also, without strict control over this algorithm, anything that goes in will be integrated into the model and possibly output into unvetted hands.
